Blue hair, don't care!

I added the blue streak to my hair years ago during the NCAA tournament (I'm a huge Duke fan, don't @ me) and never looked back. Turns out, it also earns serious cred with my teenage clients.

I'm Juliet, a licensed clinical mental health counselor, author, and speaker who's spent 15+ years in the therapy room. A few years ago, I got tired of watching people white-knuckle through life because talking about mental health still felt like admitting defeat. So I started saying it louder: yep, I go to therapy. And I built this whole thing (the book, the talks, the merch you're looking at) around that one simple sentence.

Here's what that means in practice. I wrote Who You Callin' Crazy?!, a book that pulls back the curtain on therapy and mental health stigma. I speak to companies, universities, and conferences about mental wellness, communication, and burnout (with real research behind it, not just vibes). And I make merch that lets you say it loudly and proudly.

When I'm not doing any of that, I'm a mom of two, married to a man who thinks dad jokes are a personality trait, owned by a dog named Parmesan, and probably watching college basketball, golf, or musical theatre.
